The first time, I walked and came back on the trail, from Caux to Rochers de Naye. It is a 3 hours journey (one way). Just follow the yellow sign to Rochers de Naye. It is a tiring trek... but highly worthy because of the views. The second time, as I wanted more time to spend on the top, I took the train from Caux (cheaper than from Montreux).
